What are the non-refundable and exchangeable goods?


  • Returnable and exchangeable goods are unmodified accessories, eyeglasses and sunglasses, with no medical gauge or blue light protection lens added.
  • Contact lenses, whether medical or decorative, and lens solutions (for health reasons) are not refundable or exchangeable unless there is a defect in the product or an error in the order by Optic.



What are the terms of return and exchange?


  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchases that can be returned and exchanged, we are pleased to return the full value of your purchases (minus the shipping and return fees) within 2 days from the date you received the order after the conditions apply. Please contact us via the following email: [email protected] within a maximum period of 2 days of receiving the order.
  • In the event that you wish to exchange, we are happy to serve you to replace your order and choose the appropriate alternative after the terms and conditions apply within 2 days from the date you received the order.
  • To return or exchange goods, they must be in their original condition, with all accessories and original packaging.
  • The replacement must have the same value as the previous order or more.
  • You can exchange a product for more than one and pay the difference, if any.
  • You can only exchange or return purchases once per order.
  • The customer bears the shipping costs for returning or returning the order.
  • After receiving the products to be returned or exchanged and ensuring that the conditions apply to them, the amount will be transferred to your bank account within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of receipt.
